Staying on Nusa Lembongan was enjoyable, but I found it tough to enjoy the beautiful island because the buggy lane down the hill was too bumpy. the view from the deck bar was pleasing at night. My room's size was decent, but the light switches were puzzling and the breakfast was only average.
Sadly we had bad luck with the food as it was sometimes great, sometimes average but never bad.

Overall a nice resort with good location and views.
Compared to other resorts stayed in Bali this hotel was largely overpriced. No room service, the resort had no spirits at the time, constant problems with the tv signal, power outages. I'm not usually one to complain but is way to expensive for the money I spent. To me it didn't offer it's 5 star quota

We stayed here for 3 days on our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The hotel grounds are very pretty with amazing views. Our superior 1-bed villa had a great view of Mt. Agung, we never got tired of looking at it. The villa itself was spotless, and the outdoor bathroom simply stunning (you could hear the neighbours, though!). Flatscreen tv and cable were good; included breakfast was very filling, staff were always polite and smiling, and room service prompt.
Nothing, really. We just missed having a dvd player in the room.

The villas were well designed to take advantage of the amazing view. Gorgeous outdoor bathrooms also designed to maximize the view. Lovely tropical gardens surrounding pool areas and villas.
Very expensive for the limited service and facilities. No room service. The staff at the beach arrival were very friendly, but found many of the staff at the hotel unfriendly and seldom smiled. Breakfast service quite slow and limited menu on offer. I would not recommend this hotel at such an expensive price per night for the view alone as many of the hotels nearby were much cheaper and had an equivalent view.

Amazing Views, Great location! This hotel has some really stunning views. It was located near some great spots for eating and water activities, and not too far from Dream Beach and Devil's Tear. The staff was super friendly and always willing to arrange anything we needed. We also loved the variety of pools available to us, which were all well kept and enjoyable.
Food Inconsistency, Uneven Terrain. While the breakfast at the hotel was good most days, some days it wasn't great. Also, the terrain of the hotel was very vertical, which made it a bit difficult to walk around. However, the hotel was always willing to give us rides in the golf carts when needed, which was appreciated.

We spent Easter at a resort near the beach, and it was a great experience. the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from, and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking with boats floating in the water just a few yards away. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with sheets and towels for the beach, which was just a short walk from our room.

Great views, lovely pools, well-appointed rooms, friendly staff, and good breakfast. The hotel has perfect locations, near the heart of the island, with easy transportation down the hill via buggy lane. It is situated in between several beaches, with access to nearby restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is commendable, and the staff provides excellent service.
No disadvantages.
